No. Our focus is advisory, documentation, transactional, governance, compliance, and virtual GC support. For litigation, arbitration, or court-facing work, we can coordinate with appropriate external counsel where required.

How do retainers work?

We begin with a fit call, then issue a scope note covering deliverables, response times, exclusions, fees, and communication protocols. Once onboarded, you receive access to a private workspace for briefs, documents, timelines, deliverables, and invoices.

How is confidentiality handled?

All documents and communications shared with us are treated as confidential. Access is limited to authorised team members and the individuals assigned to the engagement. We conduct conflict checks before onboarding a new matter.

Yes. We run a structured handover. This may include a contract register, obligations tracker, compliance status note, live matter list, document room, and a 90-day action plan. We can work alongside existing advisors or manage the workflow directly within the agreed scope.

Yes. We support succession planning, wills, trusts, family constitutions, asset registers, holding structures, and cross-border coordination for HNIs and family offices. These engagements receive enhanced confidentiality handling.
